The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Product team to support the development of a new data management platform and help the company successfully integrate enhanced data systems and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & DiscoveryIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize new product capabilities based on business value, risk reduction, and operational impact.Translate business problems into clear product opportunities, including defining success metrics and expected outcomes.Contribute to product discovery through stakeholder workshops, workflow analysis, and validation of unmet business needs.Identify opportunities to standardize, scale, or automate recurring business processes within Fora.Product Enablement & AdoptionSupport product launches through documentation, training materials, and internal enablement sessions.Monitor post-launch feedback and usage patterns to inform iteration and improvement.Partner with Product Management to define adoption benchmarks and success metrics.Help maintain a long-term knowledge base of product decisions, assumptions, and constraints.Business Translation & Stakeholder AlignmentFunction as an interpreter between business stakeholders and the product/engineering teams.Facilitate structured working sessions to resolve ambiguous or conflicting business requirements.Translate complex system behavior into business‑understandable impacts, limitations, and expected outcomes.Ensure business stakeholders understand how Fora logic enforces governance, controls, and data integrity.Documentation and TestingDraft clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) with a focus on business outcomes and data integrity.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements.Assist in quarterly and annual roadmap planning by providing impact analysis, dependency mapping, and readiness assessments.About You3 or more years of business analytics experience.Technical understanding of data systems and platforms - working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools a plus.Strong knowledge of the media landscape – including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.Knowledge of Mediaocean products (Prisma, MBOX, etc.)Strong data management and strategic thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.Wage and BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.The salary range for this position is posted below.
