By bringing extraordinary brands together, we create carefully considered partnerships that become meaningful collaborations for all.WHAT IS THE ROLEThis is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity to play a critical role in Buzz supporting the achievement of it's company KPI's to scale process and systems. You will be responsible for hitting the ground running in documenting current-state processes across Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, Logistics and Finance.You will be responsible for:Discovering and documenting current-state processes to a standard that could support a system improvements and efficiency identificationRunning stakeholder workshops and structure the outputValidating documentation against practice, not just interviewsMaintaining documentationSurface governance and policy gapsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Strong Process/business analysis background, comfortable working directly with, and engaging stakeholders at all levelsExtensive experience with process documentation as guides, process maps, and flow charts (descriptive and visual), preferably using screen-recording/process capture tools such as Scribe.Experience creating business and technical specificationsProcess analyst experience with ERP, CRM, and middleware systemsProficient with AI tools for analysis and documentation draftingQuick to pick up unfamiliar systemsComfortable testing what's written against what's actually doneAdvantageous if you have the following:Confluence, Jira and SharePointScreen-recording/process-capture tools (e.g. Scribe)FMCG, wholesale or consumer products backgroundBUZZ CULTUREAt Buzz, we pride ourselves on doing things in ways that inspire discovery.
