Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements and propose optimal solutions to clients.Communicate actively with Business Users for requirement clarification and feature study to build detailed specification documents.Review business requirements and deliver accurate, timely, and detailed requirement analysis. Highlight conflicts and propose suitable resolutions.Attend and conduct project meetings with Business Users for requirement gathering and solution discussions.Prepare and deliver documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guide, Feature Study, and other relevant documents.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a proper understanding of business requirements and on-time delivery of features.Support software quality assurance and testing across different testing environments and Production.Provide mentoring and training to junior team members where necessary.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Solid background in e-commerce, education, healthcare, finance, and enterprise operationsHands-on experience in gathering and managing business requirements directly with end users.Experience in enterprise-scale projects.Strong knowledge of BA processes, methodologies, and best practices.Proficient in preparing BRD, use case documentation, functional specifications, and UI mockups.Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, with at least 1 year of experience in software testing (web and mobile applications preferred).Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
