The role is providing you opportunities to challenge yourself with technical skills while receiving training and support from our team and management.REQUIREMENTS From 4+ years as a Business AnalystExperience in the Automotive/ERP Industry is a big plusGood English to communicate with global stakeholdersStrong knowledge of IT systemsExperience working with SQLWell rounded analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to interact with a range of stakeholders and maintain good relationshipsAbility to multitaskDemonstrated ability to maintain accurate electronic and manual records.Documenting business requirements.Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mindStrong communication skills in both verbal and written English to liaise with stakeholdersStrong initiative, accountability and leadership qualitiesRESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to capture business requirements, articulate it into high level design spec and work closely with developers through to testing completion.Identify and analyze any gaps in data and report on these areas using simplified languageAligning the business needs to the project visionFacilitate workshops with business and project stakeholdersParticipate in the documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirementsCollaborating with the Agile/Scrum teams to continuously deliver softwareConsult with stakeholders and systems requirements when documentation is insufficientDetermine test conditions/ test objectivesCreate comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditionsManaging software defects through to resolutionRaise and close defects when necessaryWork as an effective team member; share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in meeting team prioritiesBENEFITS 1.
