Senior Business Analyst

Role DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst – HR will support HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, with a primary focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The role will bridge HR business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, defining requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting successful implementation.Key Responsibilities* Analyze and optimize end-to-end HR processes, particularly Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.* Gather, challenge, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.* Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, digitalization, and AI enablement.* Develop AS-IS/TO-BE processes, gap analyses, and improvement recommendations.* Facilitate workshops and coordinate between HR, IT, and relevant stakeholders.* Use data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and support business decisions.* Support solution assessment, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation.* Contribute to broader HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications* Strong Business Analysis experience, preferably within HR, Recruitment, or HR Technology.* Good understanding of end-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition processes.* Strong analytical, process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.* Exposure to HR digital solutions, automation, analytics, and AI is preferred.* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM solutions is an advantage.* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
