TCS is hiring for Senior Business AnalystsExperience Range - 8 to 12 years of experienceLocation - Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, HyderabadEducation - 15 years of full time educationMust-HaveKnowledge of trade life cycle and Strong exposure to at least 2 asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, derivatives products – future, forwards, option, swapsTechnical knowledge – SQL and DB query toolsExcellent communication skills – spoken & writtenShould be proficient with Requirement gathering and Solution designing techniques and tools.Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and face-to-face customer management.Solid functional knowledge, logical thinking, ability to evaluate the impact to the system due to proposed changesGood-to-HaveExposure to Big data, Knowledge of XML, FPMLProficient in developing overall business/test strategies, methodologies, effort estimation, capacity planning and templates.Proficient in SQL with Good knowledge of ALM & JIRA.Experience of managing big country migrations/transformation projects involving multiple partner coordination will be added advantage.
