Senior Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications:● 7 years of experience with business analysis and/or requirements engineering in a financial services institution (investment bank, retail bank, insurance undertaking, etc.). Background in public and/or private financial services institutions, insurance undertakings or equivalent institution is preferred.Specific Experience / Knowledge in:● Standard functionalities of the Apex / CMS application and preferably as well CMS Nova solution● Use case documentation● Test case documentation● Testing methodologies (IAT and UAT) and testing documentation● Knowledge of Jira and/or SmartITCompetence:● Conceptual thinking● Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks● Ability to work under pressure● Interpersonal, team-working and communication skills at all levels● Communicating with project stakeholders in transversal projects● Disciplined and systematic approach to planning and execution of workDeliverables:● Requirement specifications including use case documentation where relevant● Test plan in coordination with IT release planning● Test cases according to issue requirements● Test documentation for all test cases● User sign off for all relevant test cases● Configuration/issue resolution documentation for all relevant changes● Documentation of process and/or procedural changes where relevant
