Senior Business AnalystResponsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and operational requirements to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Prepare high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).Apply Agile methodologies throughout the analysis and project delivery lifecycle.Analyze, design, and develop creative and practical solutions that deliver quality business outcomes.Conduct data analysis and develop meaningful charts, dashboards, and reports to support effective decision-making.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements and expectations are clearly understood.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes.Identify opportunities for business process optimization and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Present business analysis findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to executives, managers, and project teams.Support stakeholders and project teams in making data-driven and informed business decisions.Expected Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.8+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably across multiple business domains.Strong ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex business processes.Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.Practical experience working within Agile environments.Experience with JIRA would be an added advantage.Share your updated CV to careers@talentexpress.lkFollow our LinkedIn page for upcoming vacancies WhatsApp – 0779 391 791
