Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)Location: Fort Dunlop, Birmingham (3 Days in office)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000The RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.Key responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projectsFacilitating workshops and gathering business and technical requirementsProducing business cases, impact assessments, and process mapsTranslating business needs into clear deliverables for technical teamsSupporting project delivery and change implementationIdentifying opportunities for automation and process optimisationManaging stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organisationAbout YouWe're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys operating across both strategic and delivery-focused initiatives.You'll ideally have:Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis across technology and business change projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working on digital transformation, automation, data, or AI-related initiativesThe ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience producing business cases, requirements documentation, and process improvementsA proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skillsIf you're an experienced Business Analyst looking for a highly visible role where you can help drive digital transformation and business improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
