Senior Business Analyst

We’re Hiring: Senior Business AnalystWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support the Center’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities• Identify business needs and analyze existing processes to recommend effective improvements.• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including business and technical documentation.• Propose innovative solutions that address business needs.• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare return on investment (ROI) assessments for projects and initiatives.• Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies and procedures for existing and new processes.• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational performance.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.• Strong understanding of the financial sector and information technology.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel, with familiarity with project management and business analysis practices.#Hiring #SeniorBusinessAnalyst #BusinessAnalysis #ProcessImprovement #FinancialServices
