Senior Business Analyst – Payments£70,000–£80,000 + bonus + excellent benefits / Pension London – 2 days per weekI'm currently working with a company at the forefront of the payments industry as they look to bring in a Payments Senior Business Analyst to support a range of significant change and transformation initiatives.This is a genuinely senior BA opportunity for someone who understands the payments landscape and can operate comfortably across business, technology and senior stakeholder groups.You'll be working on medium to large-scale change programmes, helping shape problems into practical solutions, define requirements and outcomes, assess options, and support delivery from early-stage business cases through to testing and implementation.We're looking for someone with:Strong Business Analysis experience within paymentsA solid understanding of the UK payments landscape, with exposure to areas such as BACS, Faster Payments, CHAPS, CASS, Confirmation of Payee or NPAExperience working across both smaller projects and large, complex programmesStrong requirements gathering, definition and specification skillsThe ability to bridge business and technical requirements, working effectively with architects, developers and other technical specialistsExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skillsExperience engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry participantsA good understanding of payments-related regulation and complianceSomeone who can challenge constructively, identify problems and help shape the right solution rather than simply document requirementsYou'll be joining a Change function working on initiatives that will help shape the future infrastructure and evolution of digital payments, so this isn't just a BA role maintaining the status quo.
