Senior Business Analyst Level : Mid or Senior (10 years of experience)Location - PasigWork setup - Hybrid (3 Day reporting to office)Shift - Day shiftWe're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative supporting enterprise platforms and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be a strong Agile BA with expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, user stories, and UAT coordination

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder discussionsAnalyze and document business processes and requirementsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentationManage and refine product backlogs in Agile environmentsCoordinate UAT, testing activities, and defect resolutionCollaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and vendors on solution delivery

Requirements

10+ years of Business Analysis experience5+ years in a Senior Business Analyst roleExperience in Banking, Financial Services, or Accounting sectorsStrong Agile and Waterfall experienceAzure DevOps experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong experience in business process design and documentationUAT and QA coordination experienceKnowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, or Power BI is a plus
