Senior Business Analyst – AlternativesAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an Alternatives Senior Business Analyst to help shape the Global Target Operating Model. This is a senior role, working across business, data and technology to design scalable operating models, improve controls and drive efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end business analysis across complex TOM initiatives.Translate strategy and requirements into scalable solutions and roadmaps.Design front-to-back solutions across investment, operations, valuation and reporting.Define data flows, lineage, integration and governance.Support the evaluation and integration of platforms such as eFront, Allvue, Aladdin and similar.Partner with global stakeholders across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.QualificationsStrong Asset Management / Alternatives experience.Proven Senior BA or Solutions Architect experience in investment management transformation.Experience with platforms such as Allvue, eFront, Arcesium, Anaplan or Citco Unity.Required SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and a strategic, structured approach to problem solving.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive SalaryLondon Based3 Days In Office
