Senior Business Analyst

Performance Business Analyst - Global Asset Management – United States – Remote We’re working with a leading global asset manager looking to hire a Business Analyst into its Investment Performance function.This is a highly collaborative role sitting between Investment Performance, Operations, Technology and Data, supporting a range of change and transformation initiatives across the performance environment.The role:

• Analyse and improve investment performance and reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Gather requirements from Performance and Investment teams and translate these into clear functional requirements
• Work directly with FactSet and wider investment/performance data
• Support projects across performance calculation, attribution, benchmarks and reporting
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, complete gap analysis and support delivery of new systems and capabilities
• Partner with stakeholders across Performance, Operations, Technology, Data and Front Office teamsWhat we’re looking for:
• Strong Business Analysis experience within Asset Management / Investment Management
• Good understanding of investment performance, attribution and benchmarks
• Experience working with FactSet is highly desirable
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis experience
• Experience delivering technology, data or process change within an investment environment
