Job Description

Preference for intermediate and senior (5+ year experience) profilesFunctional solution design and requirements specificationTranslating business requirements into detailed functional designsWriting functional specifications, high-level design documentsProducing functional documentation, including process flows, system interactions, interface specifications, data models, and functional solution designDesign end-to-end functional solutions that meet business and technical requirementsAnalyse existing systems, identify functional gaps, and propose solution improvementsDefine system behaviour, business rules, workflows, and integration requirementsCollaborate with developers, architects, testers, and Product Owners to refine and deliver the functional solutionOwn the functional design throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring the implemented solution aligns with the agreed designSupport consultancy and solutioning activitiesCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating that delivered functionality meets the defined functional designAnalyse internal & customer defects against expected system behaviour, relying on internal documentation, technical logs…API-based architectures, systems integration, and distributed applicationsComplex system landscapes and legacy environmentsStakeholder collaboration to validate and refine solution designsCustomer handling (solution / delivery presentations, feature demos,Customer Management ( DCS – Departure Control System), including our next gen Delivery Management SystemFlight Management including Weight and Balance
