Senior Business Analyst

We are working with a leading UAE bank looking to appoint a Senior Digital Business Analyst to support the continued growth and optimisation of its digital banking capabilities.The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing customer behaviour, digital product performance and channel effectiveness, translating data-driven insights into actionable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse digital banking performance, customer behaviour and channel usage to identify opportunities for improvement.Monitor digital KPIs, customer engagement, adoption and conversion rates.Identify opportunities to optimise digital customer journeys and enhance the overall customer experience.Collaborate with Digital Product, Technology, Analytics and Business teams to deliver improvements.Support digital initiatives through performance reporting, actionable insights and continuous optimisation.Drive improvements in digital channel effectiveness and operational efficiency.Ideal Candidate:Experience within Digital Banking, Digital Channels, Business Analysis or Digital Product Analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.Exceptional understanding of retail banking products, digital customer journeys and channel performance.Experience working with cross-functional product, business and technology teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Previous banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.If you have a strong background in digital banking analytics, performance optimisation or digital business analysis, please reach out directly or apply to learn more.
