Job Description
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Agile delivery experience across Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe; active participation in sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and prioritized backlog items.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills across Product Owners, architects, SMEs, UX and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps, with knowledge of data analysis, integrations and system architecture.Good to Have:
- Experience in digital transformation or product-based environments.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN or other process modelling tools.
- Experience supporting change impact assessments and transition activities around Go-Live.Roles and Responsilbilities:Lead as-is/to-be gap analyses across business processes and application systems, conceptualise high-level future-state architectures, and identify process optimisation or automation opportunities.Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows; create and maintain a centralised Confluence knowledge base and manage the product backlog with the Product Owner.Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement elicitation sessions; collaborate with Product Owners, architects, SMEs, UX designers and technical teams to align expectations and resolve competing requirements.Act as a key Scrum team member across sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives; ensure requirements are understood, support incremental delivery and help remove blockers.Conduct data-driven research, recommend solutions aligned with organisational goals, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Change Management on impact assessments and transition strategies before and after Go-Live.Top Reasons to Join Our Team at TCS AustraliaAttractive compensation & rewardsWe offer a highly competitive salary package aligned with the Australian market, complemented by performance-based incentives, recognition programs, and comprehensive employee benefits.
