Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Create user stories and training materials to support the adoption of new features and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, validate solutions with developers, and ensure clear specs with the Product Manager. Analyze web products and legacy features to write functional requirements specs. Review source code as needed to understand product functionality and flow. Engage daily with international clients. Track team progress to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Lead Scrum activities to keep Agile projects organized and on track.Qualification:A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position. 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics. A solid understanding of key technical concepts, including development algorithms, software design principles, data structures and version control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing responsibilities in a fast-paced and agile environment. Proficient in writing clear documentation and creating user-friendly wireframes. Solid understanding of use case analysis and translating technical requirements into user-centric solutions. Fluent in English is required (French is an optional).Knowledge of the Media industry is a big plus.
