Senior Business Analyst We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major enterprise-wide AML/CTF regulatory transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.This is a strategic, business-focused role centred on translating regulatory obligations into practical outcomes, aligning stakeholders across business units and driving consistent approaches to compliance uplift.Key requirements:Strong experience delivering AML/CTF reforms within a large financial services environment.Proven experience across complex, enterprise-wide regulatory transformation programs.Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and decision-making skills.Experience developing current and target-state models, process maps and delivery roadmaps.Exposure to financial crime risk frameworks, Line 2 Risk and complex governance structures.This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes, shape regulatory strategy and drive meaningful change across a high-profile transformation program.Candidates must be Sydney based for consideration
