Senior Business Analyst / Developer Lead

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Developer Lead with strong expertise in RPA business analysis, process automation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, designing automation solutions, and leading the delivery of RPA projects from requirements through testing and business sign-off.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and automation requirementsConduct detailed process analysis to identify automation opportunities and improvementsPrepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and other required project documentationDesign effective RPA solutions based on business requirements and process analysisLead and guide RPA development teams throughout project deliveryCoordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementationCoordinate testing, UAT, and issue resolution activitiesSupport business users during UAT and facilitate final business sign-offReview automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standardsManage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectationsProvide guidance to developers and ensure adherence to RPA best practicesSupport continuous improvement and optimization of automated processesRequired Qualifications & Skills5+ years of experience in RPA business analysis, RPA development, or automation deliveryStrong experience in requirements gathering and process analysisHands-on experience preparing PDDs and automation documentationStrong understanding of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle, and solution designExperience leading RPA development teams or automation projectsProven experience coordinating testing and UAT activitiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting business sign-off and successful project deliveryRelevant domain delivery experience is requiredPMP certification is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and effectively in an onsite/hybrid environment
