Position : Senior Business Analyst

Location: F-town 3, HCMJob description :

• Conduct meetings and workshops to understand business needs, user processes and product requirements
• Analyze, document and manage business/technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Create user stories, features, acceptance criteria, wireframes and mock-ups
• Perform data analysis using SQL to identify data sources, discrepancies and data quality issues
• Work closely with Data, Development, UX/UI and Product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Manage product backlog, prioritize requirements and track issues and improvements
• Plan and support UAT activities, including test scenarios and user guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation, product launch and user training
• Identify opportunities for process and product improvements based on business needs and data insightsJob Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in technical/product environments
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, user stories, backlog management and UAT
• Good SQL and data analysis skills; experience working with data is preferred
• Experience in Technical Business Analysis and working with cross-functional development teams
• Experience with UI/UX, wireframing or mock-up tools is a plus
• Experience in Data, Field Service, Supply Chain, Automotive or similar domains is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
