Senior Business Analyst _ Fluent ENG

Job Description

Responsibilities: Attend meetings, conduct workshops to understand end-user needs, their current processes, and collect their feedback on product ideas.Analyze, capture details, and document the requirements of customers. Produce design documents (wireframes, mock-up) for customers and development teams. Performing data analyses to identify data input, discrepancies, and resolve data issues to guarantee input data quality. Plan and provide guidance to users to perform UAT tests.Be responsible for backlog creation and management by creating features, user stories, monitoring issues, identifying improvements, and prioritizing works.Stay closely involved with development team, and stakeholders throughout the implementation phase to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders for product launch and user training.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or a certificate in data analysis. Extensive experience in technical business analysis, preferably in automotive, supply chain industry. Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and data analysis. Experience with Technical Business Analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Experience in UI/UX design.Ability to quickly learn and successfully deal with complexity.Benefits
