Senior Business Analyst - Good ENG (AI Functions)

Position: Business Analyst Location: Ftown, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City1 - Project Overview:Domain: Manufacturing, Supply chain & Logistics Clients: from US/UK & Europe.2 - Job Description:Work directly with US/EU customers, willing to work nightshift (if needed) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/GenAI solutions.Work closely with business users, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Developers to define AI use cases and solution scope.Translate business requirements into BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process flows.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.Define functional requirements for AI features such as Chatbot, Copilot, RAG, Search, Recommendation, Document Processing, and Knowledge Management.Support UAT, solution validation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.3 - Qualifications:4+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst / System Analyst.Strong experience in Requirement Elicitation, Process Modeling, User Stories, BRD/SRS, Agile/Scrum.Experience working on Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Data, or AI-related projects.Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts such as LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Database, Knowledge Base, and AI Chatbot workflows.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good English communication.Nice-to-haveExperience with AI products such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.Knowledge of Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, API Integration, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).IIBA ECBA/CCBA, PSPO, PSM, or related certifications.Preferred Domain ExperienceManufacturing / Supply ChainEnergy & UtilitiesEnterprise Knowledge ManagementIntelligent Document ProcessingCustomer Service AI Assistant / Copilot SolutionsContact Ms. Thuỳ – Talent Acquisition Executive Email: Thuylnx@fpt.com| Tel/Zalo: 0868817550
