Senior Business Analyst - Good English

About the jobOverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to act as the bridge between Business, Product Owners, and Technology teams. The role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring business value is delivered through Agile product development.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, epics, and functional specifications.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to define solutions aligned with business objectives.Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder discussions.Create process maps (As-Is/To-Be), business models, workflows, and business rules.Refine and prioritize product backlog, support sprint planning, and participate in Agile ceremonies.Perform business impact analysis and assess solution feasibility.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT).Translate customer and business needs into features and deliverables that maximize product value.Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.5+ years of experience as a Senior Business AnalystStrong experience in business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional discussions.Experience with process modeling, data analysis, and business process improvement.Understanding of APIs, system integration, and software development lifecycle.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Financial Products, Customer Onboarding, AML/KYC, or related domains.Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques.Postgraduate qualifications or professional BA certifications are a plus.Good at English communication
