Senior Business Analyst – Government Domain

Joining VTX means working alongside experienced technology teams and contributing to solutions that create meaningful impact for organizations and society.For this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale Government projects, working directly with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions and improve public services. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.Work closely with government/public-sector stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.Define business processes, workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.Coordinate with Developers, QA, UI/UX, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Support UAT, requirement validation, issue clarification, and product acceptance.Identify business risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.Prepare and maintain BA documentation including BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and related documents.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Government/Public Sector projects.Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and system specification.Experience working with large-scale or complex software projects.Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio or equivalent.Experience with government systems, e-Government, public services, or national-scale platforms is a strong plus.Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
