Senior Business Analyst (Implementation / FinTech)

📍 Location: HanoiABOUT THE ROLE:We are growing! To support our expanding portfolio of enterprise projects, our Business Consulting team is looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst (Implementation).Step in as a strategic business focal point to deliver next-generation AML, Fraud, and Compliance solutions for premier financial institutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Business Elicitation: Facilitate workshops and discussions with client departments (Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT) to capture needs and perform fit-gap analyses.Business Configuration: Configure system rules, transaction monitoring scenarios, risk scoring models, and alert workflows based on approved functional designs.Functional Documentation: Author clear and structured Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for client customizations; collaborate with R&D to ensure accurate delivery.Testing & Training Delivery: Guide clients through UAT, lead system demonstrations, and deliver user training for end-users and administrators.Scope & Stakeholder Alignment: Proactively manage business risks, ensure alignment with the Scope of Work (SoW), and liaise with Project Managers.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant in software projects (hands-on experience through project Go-live is highly appreciated).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, MIS, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.Strong skills in workshop facilitation, process mapping (BPMN/flowcharts), and FSD documentation.Solid communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with client stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and basic SQL for data validation.Good proficiency in spoken and written English.NICE TO HAVE Exposure to AML, Fraud Detection, Core Banking, Payment gateways, or FinTech applications.Familiarity with local AML regulations or FATF guidelines.Industry certifications (CBAP, CCBA, CAMS, CFE) are an advantage.WHAT WE OFFER:Attractive compensation package with performance-based project bonuses.Hands-on exposure to high-impact, large-scale digital banking transformation projects.Direct mentorship and knowledge sharing from leading FinTech and compliance domain experts.Clear and fast-track career path toward Principal Consultant or Practice Leadership roles.
