Senior Business Analyst – Investment / Asset Management (Charles River)Location: KSAExperience: 7 yearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management / Investment Banking and hands-on expertise in Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS).The role will work closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to support and enhance investment management processes and CRD capabilities.Experience & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Asset Management, Investment Management, or Investment Banking.3+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of the end-to-end investment and trade lifecycle.Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.Support and enhance CRD/CRIMS across Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, and Compliance.Manage Trade Blotter and end-to-end trade workflows across multiple markets.Support investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Mutual Funds.Work with Manager Workbench, PMAR, Account Groups, IBOR, Investment Compliance, and Corporate Actions.Support risk attribution, scenario analysis, asset allocation, security selection, and cash flow forecasting.Work on integrations with MSCI and other third-party data providers, including identifying and resolving data gaps.Support CRD enhancements, integrations, system testing, regression testing, and UAT.Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to improve investment management processes.Must-Have SkillsCharles River CRD / CRIMSAsset / Investment ManagementPortfolio ManagementTrade & Order ManagementInvestment ComplianceEquities, Fixed Income & DerivativesRisk & Portfolio AnalyticsBusiness Requirements & UATGood to HaveMS SQL Server / SQLExperience with MSCI integrationsExperience with third-party market and risk data providersStrong understanding of IBOR and Corporate Actions
