We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage the current AML monitoring tool and free up time for the existing team.We need to detect scenarios that must stay aligned with the risk typology catalogue (including red flags). To fully mitigate these risks - or to respond to newly emerging ones - additional scenarios need to be developed within the current monitoring tool.Take ownership of the risk analysis work carried out by the AML framework team. Translate risk analysis findings into effective, relevant AML detection scenarios. Work closely with a technical profile within the team to define the correct scenario logic and run simulations on historical data. Discuss and validate results with the AML framework team. Prepare audit trail documentation covering every step, including a 3-month aftercare review post go-live. Prepare and present slides to the AML/CTF Transaction Monitoring Framework Committee. Manage the change process for the L1 and L2 teams.
