The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience working in IT services, software development, or digital consulting environments. Candidates with experience working with Korean clients or global stakeholders will be highly preferred.Key Deliverables & ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teamsAnalyze existing business processes and propose improvement solutionsWork closely with PMs, developers, QA, designers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycleEnsure alignment between business requirements and technical implementationSupport project planning, scope clarification, and change request managementParticipate in UAT preparation, testing coordination, and issue trackingAct as a communication bridge between clients and internal teamsParticipate in global eCommerce projects involving regional and international stakeholders.Requirements4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or related role in services/software developmentExperience participating in eCommerce or digital platform projects is highly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsGood understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teamsFluent Korean and good English communication skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
