Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Product HCMLocation: DubaiDuration: 1 Year + ExtensionWe are looking for a Mid-Level Support Product Owner to manage requests and live operations for Salesforce Products.Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or support roles, with a focus on Salesforce products
• Experience in product management with a focus on live product operations and support within a large and complex organization
• Proven experience on Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
• Background in software engineering with hands-on experience in managing and supporting live digital assets
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban and Jira
• Experience with incident management and resolution processes
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and preventive measures
• Experience managing and prioritizing support requests and live-issue backlogs
• Strong stakeholder communication and issue-resolution coordination
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
