This position is for designing, developing, and implementing the Oracle Cloud HCM application.Minimum Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor’s DegreeSpecialization: Computer Science, Computer applications, or related streamsOverall Experience (Years): 7-10 YearsRelevant Experience (Years): 5-7 YearsIndustry Experience: AnyCore Activities Experience: Strong techno-functional consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:At least 5 years of experience in Fusion HCM Applications.Should have strong knowledge of the ORC moduleShould have strong knowledge of the Core HR moduleShould have strong knowledge in Talent Management modules (Performance, career development, goals, succession planning, talent profile and talent review)Should have experience in Fusion Security and Approval WorkflowsShould have strong knowledge of SQL, OTBI, BI Publishers, customizations, Infolets, and HR dashboardsShould have strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Fórmulas
