Senior Business Analyst - Proxy Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to support the analysis, prioritization, and delivery of strategic digital asset initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital assets, blockchain/DLT, cross-border payments, real-world asset tokenization, and compliance/AML frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis activities from discovery through delivery across digital asset and blockchain-related initiatives.Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, operational, and regulatory requirements.Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.Support initiatives involving digital assets, tokenization, cross-border payments, settlement, reconciliation, wallets, and custody solutions.Document current and target-state processes, transaction workflows, controls, exception handling, and operational procedures.Work closely with Compliance, AML, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to capture regulatory and control requirements.Act as a Proxy Product Owner by supporting backlog management, requirement prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and functional clarification during delivery.Facilitate workshops, maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, decision logs, and management presentations.Support testing, UAT, implementation readiness, and business sign-off activities.Required Experience8+ years of Business Analysis experience within banking, payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.Proven experience working on digital asset, blockchain/DLT, tokenization, or related transformation initiatives.Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and transaction lifecycle processes.Experience defining requirements related to AML, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and operational controls.Strong stakeholder management, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex business concepts into structured, implementation-ready requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience with digital asset custody, wallets, token servicing, or smart contract-enabled solutions.Exposure to APIs, enterprise integrations, and platform-led delivery models.Business Analysis, Payments, Compliance, AML, Blockchain, or Digital Asset certifications are advantageous.f you are interested apply now!
