Job Title: Senior Business AnalystExperience: 8+ yearJob Location: Qatar (Onsite)Job Duration: 1 yearMandatory language : Arabic profiles.Job DescriptionAnalyzes business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement through SAP systems.Job ResponsibiltiesConduct business Analysis sessions.Document business requirementsSupport functional consultantsValidate solutionsAassist in testing.Qualifications And Experience8–12 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design.Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across relevant SAP modules.Proven ability to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.Strong experience translating business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, use cases, and user stories.Ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements and SAP-based solutions.Hands-on experience in stakeholder management, workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, transactional processes, and integration points.Experience working closely with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, developers, QA teams, and business users.Ability to define acceptance criteria, support test case preparation, and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Experience managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including change requests, scope changes, and requirement traceability.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess business impact and prioritize requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both business and IT stakeholders.Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Skills: business analysis,sap,sap systems,sap process,testing,business requirements
