Senior Business Analyst-Record Management System (EDRMS).Scope of Work/ResponsibilitiesThe Senior BA is required to be an Agile BA who will work collaboratively with the end users and specifically will:Requirement Elicitation and Refinement:Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, often translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.Develop necessary requirements for the project in Azure Dev Ops, aligned with the standard document artifacts as supporting documents.Stakeholder Collaboration and ManagementWork with the product owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable work for the team.Actively engage with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and end-users, to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycleDefine business processes in consultation with business users.Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.Data Analytics and Business IntelligenceIn preparation of MAS integration with EDRMS and digi-Knowledge Management, the BA Data Analytics SME will have to:Lead business data analysis activities to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement and decision-making.Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements.Act as the primary Power BI subject matter expert within the project team, providing guidance on dashboard design, data visualization, and reporting best practices.Develop business metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support operational and management decision-making.Work closely with technical teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics solutions.Validate analytical outputs and dashboards to ensure they accurately reflect business requirements and objectives.Data Migration LeadIn preparation for MAS re-architecture in 2027, data migration must be part of the scope and in this role, the BA data migration lead will have to:Lead and coordinate data migration activities across project workstreams, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define migration strategies, data quality standards, and migration success criteria. Work must start in 2026 on the migration of Linked Document Systems to SharePoint.Facilitate workshops to identify source-to-target data mapping requirements and resolve data-related issues.Oversee migration testing activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and user sign-off.Identify and manage data migration risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure data governance, compliance, and audit requirements are considered during migration activities.The Senior BA will work with its counterparts, from business, vendor, and technical side of new systems, including integration when needed, within the ecosystem of ADB.Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)ADB expects the Senior BA and Data Migration Lead to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or any related courseAt least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applicationsGood exposure in account / sales management, government procurement process, and contract lifecycle management or equivalentGood understanding of ADB development process is an advantageMust be conversant with project management lifecycle and systems development cycleKnowledge in Agile and Waterfall MethodologyKnowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documentsKnowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BIRelevant experience in ITIL Best PracticesProven vendor management skills and experienceStrong stakeholder communication and management skillsMust have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
