About MisMar:MisMar is a startup reengineering the car repairs and maintenance market through quality adoption and technology utilization.MisMar is covering most cities in Saudi Arabia, and have joined several well-known accelerators/Incubators and is one of the Saudi Unicorn Program for startups.Role Description:The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions across MisMar’s platforms. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering sessions, analyzing existing business processes, and proposing improvements aligned with the company’s digitalization goals. The role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams, preparing detailed documentation, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities:Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.Analysis and system design for new requirements and product enhancement.Elicit technical requirements from enterprise clients, internal product leaders, and subject matter experts through technical workshops, user interviews, and data observation.Write clear technical documentation, including functional specification documents (FSDs), system architecture flowcharts, and unified modeling language (UML) diagrams.Map system workflow using BPMN tools to streamline software logic and identify data delivery gaps.Own the Agile product backlog by drafting production-ready User Stories, mapping acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin format), and participating in Sprint Planning and backlog grooming.Define and prioritize new product features, enhancements, user experience changes, based on market trends and customers feedback.Work closely with engineering and product teams to conceptualize, develop, and design new products.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and behavior to optimize user journey.Conduct UAT to ensure product meets MisMar quality and avoid production maintenance bugs.Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.contribute and fill product gaps as well as generating new ideas that drive growth in MisMar Offering.Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally.Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, development teams, and external partners.Collaborate with different departments to optimize operational activities and product utilization.Product/features launches alignment and training with relevant stakeholders.Setting and monitoring product performance and user adoption of new features.Support in GTM plans to help in value realization.Requirements:3 - 5 Years of experience in Business/System Analysis roles, preferably in SaaS products.Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Advanced technical and business skills.Excellent communication skills.Strong senes of ownership and dedication.Experience in B2C and B2B is a plus.**NOTE: There are several on-site and remote jobs.
