Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis (Senior) Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the internal partner portal and ensuring seamless alignment with Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role will focus on evaluating the business impact of Salesforce release updates, process changes, and platform enhancements. The analyst will act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure consistent functionality, data integrity, and process efficiency across the partner ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary business analyst supporting an Partner Portal, ensuring it effectively enables Mastercard’s partner management strategy.Evaluate Salesforce Sales Cloud changes and releases (both internal and from Salesforce) to assess potential impacts on the integration and related business processes.Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and support teams to implement necessary updates or configuration changes.Monitor data synchronization, user access, and workflows between Salesforce and internal partner portal to maintain system integrity and accuracy.Review and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations related to the portal and partner management.Manage user feedback and issue resolution processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with governance and compliance standards.Stay current with Salesforce and release notes, roadmaps, and best practices to proactively recommend improvements.Coordinate testing and validation of changes before deployment to production environments.Prepare and maintain process documentation, business cases, and impact assessments.Support change management, communication, and training efforts for system updates and new capabilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting internal partner portal and Salesforce Sales Cloud instances.Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and data integration principles.Proven ability to analyze complex system interdependencies and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Experience working in an enterprise environment with structured release and change management processes.Familiarity with governance and compliance standards is a plus.PMP Certification is preferred.All About YouAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingAttention to detail and data accuracyCollaboration and cross-functional communicationAdaptability to evolving business and technology needsProactive system monitoring and issue resolution
