You will work across business and technology teams to define requirements, assess impacts, map processes and support delivery through testing, implementation and change. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex data, finance and regulatory transformation initiatives within the financial services sector.Your responsibilities: Define, document and manage business and technical requirements.Conduct business impact analysis and process assessments.Document current-state and target-state processes.Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.Support testing, implementation and change activities.Produce project documentation, governance materials and executive-level summaries.Contribute to broader data, finance, regulatory and transformation initiatives as required.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:Experience in Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.Strong Business Functional Analysis experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.Expertise in data analysis and requirements management.Process mapping and documentation skills.Experience supporting project and change delivery.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:Investment Banking experience.Exposure to Regulatory Reporting.Understanding of Risk, Finance, Treasury or Accounting functions.Axiom platform exposure.Experience supporting complex data transformation initiatives.Rewards & Benefits (Default)TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
