Senior Business Analyst – Tech & Salesforce Platforms

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology delivery within a fast-growing food delivery technology platform. The role focuses on Salesforce-based systems and digital platforms supporting operations, merchants, logistics, and customer experience.The ideal candidate brings strong requirements management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience working in Salesforce-driven, Agile product environments, preferably within food delivery or on-demand tech ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements elicitation through workshops and stakeholder interviewsTranslate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user storiesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport Product Managers and delivery teams during backlog grooming and sprint planningMap and optimize business processes using process flows and user journeysSupport UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios and defect trackingEnsure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and operational needsAnalyze data and KPIs to support process improvement and decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, finance, and supportEnsure documentation and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycleRequirements5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environmentsStrong experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom Salesforce solutions)Prior experience in food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand platformsFluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologiesProven ability to produce high-quality functional and business documentationExperience working closely with developers, QA, and product teamsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in startup or scale-up environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
