Senior Business Analyst – London/Hybrid – £70,000 - £80,000 base + package - PermanentOur client, a Professional Services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology & Data team, supporting complex, high-profile and business-critical Data & AI projects.The role will work across Product, Change and Technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.What you'll be doing:Key Business Analysis across full project and product lifecycles with a specific focus on their Data & AI portfolioWorking with senior stakeholders, Product Owners and technical teams to define scope and requirementsLeading workshops, requirements discovery and process mappingTranslating business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteriaSupporting Agile and Waterfall delivery, including UAT and testingWhat we're looking for:5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst ideally within the Professional Services industryStrong experience across requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvementExperience working in Agile and Waterfall environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGood technical and data literacy, with the ability to work confidently with technical teamsUnderstanding and motivation to work on their AI portfolioIf you're an experienced Business Analyst looking for a role working on complex, high-profile technology change initiatives within a global organisation, we'd love to hear from you.Or, if you know someone in your network who might be interested, please get in touch!
