Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Wholesale Lending (In‑house Application Build)Experience: 12–15 years | Wholesale / Corporate BankingLocation: UAE Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the design and development of an in‑house Wholesale Lending application. The BA will work closely with Wholesale Banking business and operations teams to define product behaviors, translate operational business needs into system requirements, and co‑define end‑to‑end process flows to ensure the solution is business‑led, operationally aligned, and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Business BehaviorWork with Wholesale Banking stakeholders to define product behavior across the lending lifecycle.Translate business intent into clear functional behavior, rules, and workflows.Define business scenarios, variants, and exception handling aligned to operational realities.Wholesale Lending DomainAct as functional SME for Wholesale / Corporate Lending, covering: Credit origination, approval, and workflowsLoan structuring, pricing, limits, and covenantsDisbursement, utilization, amendments, and renewalsInterest calculation, schedules, and fee managementServicing, repayments, and operational maintenanceEnsure alignment across front, middle, and back‑office operations.Business Analysis & RequirementsLead requirement elicitation through workshops and deep‑dive sessions.Convert operational needs into business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.Define business rules, validations, and decision logic with clarity and traceability.Process & Operating ModelCo‑create end‑to‑end process flows with business and operations teams.Document as‑is and to‑be processes, roles, and handoffs.Identify process gaps and drive simplification and automation opportunities.Delivery & CollaborationAct as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, and UAT teams.Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, design clarifications, and sprint discussions.Support UAT through scenario definition and business validation.Mandatory Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as a Senior BA in Wholesale / Corporate Banking.Deep hands‑on knowledge of Wholesale Lending products and operations.Proven ability to define product behaviour from business and operational intent.Experience in in‑house product or platform build programs.Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Application Deadline: 5- Sep -2026PrivacyNote:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
