Senior Business Analyst with German

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with proven Project Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both Business Analysis and Project Management, with previous experience taking ownership of project delivery and working on end-to-end application development projects.The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, effectively translated into technical solutions, and successfully delivered throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate projects throughout the full application development lifecycle, from initial requirements through delivery and post-go-live activities.Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.Gather, analyse, document, and manage business requirements.Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical and development teams.Take ownership of project planning, coordination, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality expectations.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.Ensure continuous alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential impacts.Support testing and validation activities, including acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing.Ensure requirements are properly understood, implemented, and validated throughout the development lifecycle.Maintain clear and comprehensive project and requirements documentation.Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, QA, Operations, and other technical teams.Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery and business analysis processes.Work effectively in an international environment, communicating with German-speaking stakeholders and teams.Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, with proven previous experience in Project Management.Mandatory: previous hands-on experience managing projects, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management, risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.Proven experience working on end-to-end application development projects.Strong experience working with both business stakeholders and technical/development teams.Experience taking ownership of project delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery processes.Strong experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience with Agile and/or other structured project delivery methodologies.Fluent German and good English communication skills.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.Nice to have / Preferred Qualifications:Basic technical understanding of application development and software engineering concepts.Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts.Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and web services.General understanding of different application platforms and technology stacks.Experience working with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban.Experience working in large enterprise environments and international projects.Technical documentation or experience working with system specifications and API documentation.About ComputacenterComputacenter is a leading independent technology and services provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations.
