Senior Business Data Analyst

Theirs shows you what it's doing right now, as it happens, which is why the traders who use it tend to be the ones who care about the difference.THE ROLEThe company runs on subscriptions, and right now the answers to questions like why people churn, what a customer is actually worth, and whether a price change paid off live in a dozen different dashboards that don't quite agree. You'd own that — the metric definitions, the BI roadmap, and the analysis that goes in front of the executive team when a real decision is being made.It's a role for someone who wants to be in the room where the decision happens, not handed a spec and asked to build a chart.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Run deep-dive analyses on pricing, retention, growth and unit economics• Own the definition and governance of company metrics — one source of truth• Turn complex data into clear narratives, and present them at C level• Own the BI dashboard portfolio: prioritise, improve, retire what's dead• Own business logic and reporting models, working with the data engineers on warehouse structure and pipelines• Automate the reporting that shouldn't need a person, using AI where it helpsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 7+ years in business operations, data analytics or similar, in high-tech B2C and/or SaaS• Real command of subscription business models and the metrics behind them — ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, NRR• Advanced SQL and data modelling• Strong with a modern BI tool — Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar. Looker is a plus• A track record of taking an ambiguous question through to a recommendation an executive acted on• Professional-level English, written and spoken• Based in Greece, or moving back to GreeceNICE TO HAVE• Trading or fintech experience• You've led a BI or analytics team• You've built automation into analytics workflows
