This role leads analytics initiatives end-to-end—translating business needs into actionable insights, ensuring high-quality data delivery, and driving measurable business outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:Perform end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) to prepare data for analytics and reportingProvide data engineering services and write code to automate data pipelinesDevelop insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-makingCreate data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured dataUse advanced mathematical, statistical, and computer science concepts to build predictive and prescriptive algorithms using big dataEnsure data quality, validation, and governance standards are metVerify model and algorithm effectiveness based on real-world resultsCommunicate insights clearly to business and executive stakeholdersData Governance & Quality:Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems through validation and reconciliation processesDefine and document data definitions, metrics, and lineage to support trusted reportingPartner with data engineering teams to enforce data governance standards within pipelines and platformsSupport data quality monitoring, issue identification, and root cause resolutionMaintain documentation of data requirements, transformations, and business rulesEnsure compliance with organizational and regulatory data standardsWhat You'll Bring to the Role:5+ years in business/data analytics or related rolesProven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environmentsExperience working with both business stakeholders and technical teamsStrong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experienceExperience leading analytics delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)Ability to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiencesAdvanced SQL skills for data analysis and validationExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with Databricks or modern data platformsFamiliarity with data modeling and data pipelinesExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)Understanding of data governance principles (data quality, lineage, metadata, auditability)Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilitiesExperience with data validation, testing, and quality assuranceAbility to work with large, complex datasetsWillingness and ability to work US hours (night shift / US business time alignment) Nice to Have:Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) About UsTTEC Digital and our 1,800+ employees, pioneer engagement and growth solutions that fuel the exceptional customer experience (CX).
