Senior Business Developer

Job Purpose: Identify and drive enhancement and development opportunities for the platform from a business perspective, translating market requirements and business needs into scalable solutions to support platform growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify, analyze, and scope optimization and development opportunities for the platform from a business perspective.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Operations) to align platform solutions with overarching business goals.Evaluate market trends and operational data to propose data-driven enhancements for the digital platform.Prepare clear business requirements, recommendations, and strategic proposals to guide feature development.Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented business solutions and product updates to ensure maximum ROI.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Business Development within a digital/tech context.Core Competencies:Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Solid understanding of digital platforms, software products, and IT processes.Excellent cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management abilities.Capability to translate complex business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
