Our focus is on expanding aggressively within key retail channels, especially hypermarkets and modern trade.Position OverviewWe are looking for a high-caliber Business Developer with strong experience in the Hypermarket & Modern Trade sector in Saudi Arabia.This role is not operational — it is pure growth, expansion, and deal-making.If you don’t have strong connections and proven results in hypermarkets, this role is not for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategy within hypermarkets (Carrefour, Panda, Danube, Othaim, etc.)Open new accounts and secure listing agreementsNegotiate commercial terms, margins, and promotionsBuild strong relationships with category managers and buyersDrive sales expansion and market penetrationIdentify new opportunities for product placement and expansionWork closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain)RequirementsMinimum 5+ years experience in FMCG – Hypermarket / Modern Trade (KSA)Proven track record in:ListingsNegotiationsBusiness expansionStrong network with key decision makers in hypermarketsDeep understanding of:Listing feesPromotionsShelf space dynamicsHighly results-driven mindsetFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)What We OfferCompetitive salary + strong performance-based incentivesOpportunity to lead expansion of high-potential brandsDirect exposure to top-level business decisionsFast-growing environment with real impact
