Key Requirements

Industry Background: Experience in talent services or similar service-oriented industries.Proven ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue across our service areas.Strong understanding of business models and financial logic. Ability to understand numbers and actively support in building proposals, pricing structures, and commercial presentations.Support in developing new service concepts, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our partner network to enhance our service offering.Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage a strong professional network.Strong personality with excellent communication, presentation, and representation skills.Self-managed and highly self-motivatedAble to work independentlyStrong reporting discipline and clear communication with management, clients, and internal teams

Location: Ideally based in Jeddah
