Senior Business Development Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Engineer role based in New Cairo. The Senior Business Development Engineer will identify and qualify new business opportunities in steel fabrication and galvanization, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and expand the company’s market presence. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to align offerings with client requirements. The role involves conducting client visits, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and supporting the closure of high-value deals. The Senior Business Development Engineer will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive sustainable revenue growth.QualificationsStrong Business Development and New Business Development skills to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities.Proven Sales and Communication skills to build client relationships, present solutions, and negotiate agreements.Solid Analytical Skills to assess market data, evaluate project feasibility, and support data-driven decisions.Experience in steel fabrication, galvanization, or related industrial sectors, with the ability to understand technical requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field)Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; strong reporting and documentation capabilities.Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and business development targets in B2B or industrial markets.
