Senior Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out

WE ARE HIRING | Senior Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-OutARAS Fine Interiors L.L.C. | UAEARAS Fine Interiors is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE fit-out market, an established industry network, and a proven track record of generating qualified opportunities, securing RFQs/tender invitations, and developing long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new interior fit-out opportunities across the UAE.Generate qualified leads across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, healthcare and F&B sectors.Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, PMCs, corporate clients and procurement teams.Identify upcoming projects at an early stage and establish relationships with key decision-makers.Secure RFQs, tender invitations and direct negotiation opportunities.Arrange client meetings, presentations and company introductions.Follow opportunities from initial lead through tender, negotiation and award.Coordinate with Estimation/QS teams for quotations and tender submissions.Support management during client presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.Maintain an active client and opportunity database.Monitor UAE fit-out market activity and upcoming projects.Promote ARAS Fine Interiors’ interior fit-out and in-house joinery capabilities.Maintain regular business development and pipeline reports.Candidate RequirementsMandatory: Proven UAE Business Development experience specifically within the interior fit-out industry.Strong understanding of interior fit-out, refurbishment and Design & Build projects.Established network within the UAE fit-out market.Existing relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, PMCs and corporate clients.Proven ability to generate genuine fit-out opportunities and secure RFQs/tender invitations.Experience developing opportunities through negotiation and project award.Good understanding of the UAE fit-out project lifecycle and procurement process.Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Strong client relationship and follow-up capabilities.Ability to independently develop new accounts and opportunities.Good written and spoken English.UAE driving licence is preferred.Preferred Sector ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following is preferred:Commercial Office Fit-OutResidential & Luxury Villa Fit-OutHospitalityRetailHealthcareF&BRefurbishment & RenovationDesign & BuildPerformance FocusThe role will focus on:Qualified fit-out opportunities generatedNew client relationships establishedClient and consultant meetingsRFQs and tender invitations securedActive fit-out pipelineProjects converted and awardedNew clients acquiredApplicationIn addition to your CV, please provide a brief summary covering:Years of UAE interior fit-out BD experienceMain sectors coveredTypes of clients and decision-makers you deal withExamples of opportunities/projects you have generated or securedTypical project values handledStrongest market relationships and areas of accessYour approach to developing business for ARAS Fine Interiors during the first 90 daysCurrent positionExpected salaryNotice period / availabilityShortlisted candidates may be requested to present a 90-Day Business Development Action Plan.📍 Location: UAE 💼 Employment: Full-time📩 Subject: Senior Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-OutPlease note: Applicants without relevant UAE interior fit-out Business Development experience may not be considered.#Hiring #UAEJobs #DubaiJobs #BusinessDevelopment #InteriorFitOut #FitOutJobs #ConstructionJobs #InteriorDesign #BusinessDevelopmentManager #UAEHiring
