Senior Business Development (Funding) - Jakarta

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development (Funding) professional to join PT. Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Kemayoran, Jakarta Raya, offering an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion within our funding division. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities in the financial technology sector, with a specific focus on funding solutions. You will play a pivotal role in establishing partnerships, developing revenue streams, and supporting the company's ambitious growth objectives.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the funding and fintech sectorsDevelop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's funding portfolio and market presenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, financial institutions and potential partnersConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the funding landscapeLead negotiations and close partnerships or funding agreements that align with company objectivesPrepare comprehensive business proposals, presentations and pitches to potential partners and investorsCollaborate with internal teams including product, finance and operations to ensure seamless implementation of new business initiativesMonitor and report on business development metrics and key performance indicators to senior managementRepresent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunitiesIdentify and mitigate risks associated with new business ventures and partnershipsWhat we're looking forMinimum 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, particularly within the financial services, fintech or funding sectorsDemonstrated track record of successfully identifying, negotiating and closing significant business deals and partnershipsStrong understanding of the funding landscape, including venture capital, private equity, debt financing and alternative funding mechanismsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at senior levelsProficiency in financial analysis, business modelling and understanding of funding structures and termsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearlyStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindsetKnowledge of the Indonesian fintech and financial services market is highly advantageousFluency in both Indonesian and English is essentialBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA or advanced business qualification preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environmentWhat we offerAt PT.
