You adeptly navigate multiple stakeholders and high-level conversations, ensuring that all interactions are strategically aligned to foster long-term partnerships. Your ability to analyse sales metrics and data is crucial in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.In this role, you use your network to turn opportunities into qualified leads and do not hesitate to challenge clients when necessary. You always strive to deliver the best possible outcomes that deliver value for clients. Through strategic and creative conversations, you drive credibility and provide valuable industry insights and customer feedback to internal teams.You proactively engage with stakeholders and guide them throughout the sales cycle. You support internal teams and share your expertise to contribute to collective success. Your deep understanding of Digital Strategy, UX, Acquisition, Technology, and industry best practices guides you in defining innovative solutions for clients. Key responsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionIdentify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including emerging markets, potential clients, strategic partnerships, and innovative products or services.Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to successfully capture new business opportunities.Client and Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture relationships with new clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored proposals that effectively address these needs.Estimate complex projects, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure all client interactions are strategic and insightful. Sales and Market EngagementPitch and present complex solutions to potential new clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and company goals.Attend and represent Rawnet at conferences and industry events to build relationships with key stakeholders and stay abreast of industry trends.Assist in building the brand's presence by supporting our Marketing activities and building a personal brand.In-person networking and team collaboration will be essential for nurturing relationships, leading solutions with the team and driving business growth. Forecasting and Performance ManagementCreate and manage detailed sales forecasts, actively working towards meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Monitor industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to maintain a strong understanding of Rawnet's market positioning.Sales Collaboration and Pipeline Management Manage and organise the Hubspot (or alternative CRM) lead nurturing pipeline, ensuring effective lead managementWork closely with our studio experts to craft comprehensive solutions for proposals based on client challenges, needs and our expert guidance. You will lead the team towards a successful pitch/proposal outcomeCollaborate with the Managing Directors and the Strategy Director to explore new business opportunities and lead a pitch team to create and deliver a comprehensive proposal. Project and Process ManagementOversee multiple opportunities simultaneously, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.Continuously seek and implement ways to improve and streamline processes within the business development function. Additional ResponsibilitiesUndertake any other reasonable tasks required by Rawnet to support business objectives. Consistently exceeded sales targets and demonstrated exceptional business acumen.High level of customer service acumen.Deep knowledge of the sales process, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest developments in the industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
